Skills/Knowledge needed

 - Business Administration - i.e calendar management, document preparation such as reports, etc, email management, invoicing, expense reconciliation, electronic file organization, implementing systems & and processes, designing documents, meeting coordination, research, etc.

​

 - Tech Savvy - Proficiency in office software like Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace for documentation, presentations, and data management. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)  as well as document management platforms like Dropbox or Google Drive

​​

 - Confidentiality and Discretion - Experience in handling confidential information with care and maintaining discretion in all communications.​​​

​

 - Project Management - Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com) for organizing tasks, timelines, and deliverables. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to plan, execute, and oversee projects effectively.

​

 - Strategic Planning and Initiative - Strong strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for process improvements, workflow optimization, and enhanced productivity.

​

 - Customer Service 

​​

​​Tasks may include but not limited to:

 - Managing and maintaining virtual office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management for our clients.​

​

 - Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.

​

 - Supporting Finance & Accounting functions by reviewing expenses and running reports. Preparing invoices and handling client inquiries with exceptional customer service.

​

 - Managing and updating client's CRM system.

​

 - Project Management

​

 - Customer Service support client communications, database maintenance, data entry, etc.

​

 - E-Commerce Support - customer service, invoice & sales processing, inventory management, order management, product research, etc.

​

** Additional skills needed:

Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, customer service, research, computer, and time management skills.

Skills/Knowledge needed

 - Copywriting and Persuasive Writing- i.e. research, articles, blogging, landing pages,  product descriptions, designing, web content, etc.

​

 - Proofreading and Editing - i.e. checking for grammatical,  punctuation, and spelling errors, sentence structure revision, etc.​

​

 - Data Analysis - i.e.analyzing email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to assess performance and optimize future campaigns, etc.

​

 - Creative and Visual Thinking -understanding of how to combine visuals and copy in a cohesive, engaging presentation that motivates action.

​

 - Strong Research and Market Awareness - ability to conduct thorough research on brand, competitors, and industry trends.

​

- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite, Constant Contact) and CRM systems.

​

Tasks may include but not limited to:

- Maintaining and updating our client's website, ensuring it aligns with SEO best practices to maximize organic traffic.

​

- Creating and maintaining a communications calendar and providing regular reports on metrics and analytics to our clients.

​

 - Tracking, analyzing and reporting on the performance of all digital campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

​​

 - Managing our client's SEO strategies to improve organic traffic

​

​ - E-mail marketing - Implementing and optimizing marketing workflows that support the retention and expansion of our clients by creating email templates to setting up lead nurturing campaigns. Building, testing, and executing email marketing campaigns across direct channels (email, in-app notification, landing pages)

​​

  - Copywriting - Writing clear, engaging content for our client that showcases their products/services. Craft storytelling narratives that highlight our client's product features, benefits, and value propositions in a way that resonates with their target audience.

​

- Content Writing -  developing content strategies that drive engagement and conversion. Write clear, creative, and compelling copy using a variety of digital marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media.

​

 - Social Media Management - Monitoring social media trends and leveraging these insights to create content that resonates with our client's target audience. Creating and implementing a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to drive our client's brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.

​​

** Additional skills needed:

Strong organization, problem-solving, communication, attention to detail, prioritization, research, computer, technical and time management skills.

Good command of English.
